It looks like a bad day for any school’s reliant on Apple’s cloud services. It appears that many Apple services including iTunes, App Store, iTune U and the Apple development site are currently offline worldwide. Event Apple Support is currently having problems!

I’ve had several emails and Tweets from concerned school techs. that teachers are unable to view iCloud Drive documents, iPad backups, and software updates.

Despite the ongoing problems Apple’s service status dashboard shows everything is tickety-boo, except for iTunes which has mysteriously disappeared…

Apple Service Status

Some Developers have been told by Apple to expect the problem to be fixed in the next two hours, but there’s still been no official acknowledgement of the problem.

Are you currently having problems? Let me know in the comments.
